Mariam is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with over 8 years' experience in asylum and immigration law. She specialises in asylum claims, human rights applications, appeals, and Judicial Review matters, including complex and urgent cases.
Mariam is passionate about protecting the rights of vulnerable individuals and understands the fear and uncertainty many clients face when dealing with immigration issues. She is known for thorough case preparation, clear advice, and supportive approach, ensuring every client feels heard and fully informed throughout their case.

Admin & Communications Manager
Tamim is the firm’s Admin and Communications Manager, overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of Pathway Legal Services. He is often the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally, and with care.
Tamim coordinates appointments, manages client communications, and supports case administration to help the legal team operate efficiently. His focus is on clear communication, organisation, and creating a welcoming experience for every client.

Tamim is fluent in English, Pashto, Urdu, and Hindi, allowing him to assist a wide range of clients and help make legal services more accessible to the community.
Compliance & Immigration Assistant
Mujhda plays an integral role in supporting the firm's regulatory operations and immigration practice. Working closely with Mariam, she assists in maintaining internal policies and procedures, monitoring regulatory requirements, and ensuring that the firm's day-to-day operations align with established compliance standards. She helps coordinate administrative workflows, maintain organised documentation systems, and support internal reporting processes that contribute to the firm's overall efficiency and accountability.
In addition to her compliance and operational responsibilities, Mujhda also provides hands-on support with immigration casework. She assists in the preparation and organisation of applications, gathers and organises supporting documentation, tracks filing deadlines, and communicates with clients to ensure timely and accurate submissions. Her attention to detail and structured approach help ensure that case materials are complete, consistent, and aligned with applicable immigration requirements.
