Once we have received your complaint, we will acknowledge your email within 48 hours respond to your complaint within 15 working days.
If you are still not happy following the response to your complaint, you can refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of our final response. For more information visit the Legal Ombudsman's website: www.legalombudsman.org.uk.
