Services

We will assist you with representation to the Home Office, preparing your asylum statement, advising you before and after your interviews. This fee covers all the services we will provide until the Home Office reaches a decision. 

This fee does not cover third party costs such as translation of documents / expert reports / medical reports etc. 

When your asylum claim is refused or withdrawn and there is  no right to appeal, you can make further submissions to the Home Office if you have new evidence to submit.

We will review your case, advise you on documents, draft a statement for you, and prepare detailed representation on your behalf. The fee will cover our correspondence with the Home Office until a decision is received on the further submissions.

This fee does not include additional costs such as translation fee. 

If you have been detained by the immigration authorities we will find out where you have been detained, take your instructions, submit representation on your behalf. 

We will also assist you with your bail application by preparing your bail application, instructing a counsel to draft the grounds for your bail application, and represent you at your bail hearing. 

This fee does not include additional costs such as court fee and counsel's fee. 

We will submit your appeal on your behalf, draft your appeal witness statement, advise you on evidence required in support of your appeal, prepare and submit your appeal bundle, Prepare you for your appeal hearing, represnt your appeal until an outcome is reached by the First-tier Tribunal. 

This fee does not cover additional costs such as court fee and counsel fee. 

If your appeal is refused by the First-tier Tribunal, we will apply for permission to the Upper Tribunal.

If  your First-tier Tribunal permission application is refused, we will apply directly at the Upper Tribunal. 

Once your permission application is granted , we will prepare your case to be heard at the Upper Tribunal.

If you have been given the right to apply for administrative review, we will review your case and prepare your administrative review application. 

This fee covers taking your instructions, reviewing your documentary evidence, completing and submitting your administrative review application, and representation until a decision is received from the Home Office.

This fee does not include the Home Office Administrative Review Application fee.

Before commencing Judicial Review proceedings, we must comply with the pre-action protocol. 

We will assess your case, instruct a counsel to draft grounds, and make detailed representation to the Home Office. This fee covers our correspondence with the Home Office until a response to the pre-action protocol is received, 

This fee does not include court and counsel fees. 

We will assess your matter again at this stage, Advise you on Judicial Review stages and prospects, prepare your Judicial Review application and bundle, and represent you until an outcome is received on your Judicial Review application.
